Tae Kwon Do (Self Defense Emphasis) - Tae Kwon Do is a great art for the absolute beginner. Because it is relatively simple to learn, many students at MCMA use it as a gateway to other arts. Practicing Tae Kwon Do is also a great way to get into good physical condition. Ages 12 and up.
$89 per month (also includes Filipino Martial Arts classes)

FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) - FMA is a weapons-based art from the Philippines that emphasizes the use of the stick, or baton, in training. Adult students also study other weapons such as knife and sword, in addition to empty-hand skills. The instructor, Jerry Rominger, has trained under Guro Dan Inasanto. Ages 16 and up.
$50 per month (FMA is included in the unlimited training package of $89 per month)
T'ai Chi Ch'uan - T'ai Chi is a slow motion exercise for mental and physical conditioning practiced by people at all levels of fitness. It is a great stress-reducer! The class is taught by Mr. Randy Pardue.
$5 per class payable on a drop-in basis (directly to Mr. Pardue) The first class is FREE!
