Tae Kwon Do (Self Defense Emphasis) - Tae Kwon Do is a great art for the absolute beginner.  Because it is relatively simple to learn, many students at MCMA use it as a gateway to other arts.  Practicing Tae Kwon Do is also a great way to get into good physical condition.  Ages 12 and up.

Cost:  

  Beginner Package:   $195  (two months of lessons and uniform that's yours to keep)

  $89 per month  thereafter

$255 for 3 months or $475 for 6 months

Second Family Member:  $70 per month

$195 for 3 months/$360 for 6 months

Third Family Member:  $60 per month

$165 for 3 months/$300 for 6 months

Fourth Family Member:  $50 per month

$140 for 3 months/$240 for 6 months

T'ai Chi Ch'uan - T'ai Chi is a slow motion exercise for mental and physical conditioning practiced by people at all levels of fitness.  It is a great stress-reducer!  The class is taught by Mr. Randy Pardue.

Cost:

$5 per class payable on a drop-in basis (directly to Mr. Pardue)  The first class is FREE!

This program is NOT included in the unlimited training package.
